Etsy Spy provides an AI-powered toolkit for Etsy sellers — profit calculator, AI listing generator, keyword research, rank tracking. Provided "as is" and may change with reasonable notice.

You must be 18+. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You may not violate Etsy's terms, scrape Etsy Spy content at scale, bypass rate limits, engage in fraud, or reverse-engineer the platform.

Billed monthly in advance. Prices in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date.

Refund policy: 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Email billing@etsyspy.app within 30 days.

AI listings are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing to Etsy. We make no warranty that AI content will rank well or comply with Etsy's guidelines.

You retain ownership of content you input. AI-generated outputs are licensed to you for commercial use. Etsy Spy's platform code and branding are proprietary.

Etsy Spy is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or Etsy account issues. Total liability capped at amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Cancel anytime from account settings. Accounts violating these terms may be terminated. Data deleted within 90 days of termination.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or binding arbitration.
